Arnett won his first game (bowl game) after Leach died with Leach's players and system. We see how that turned out the following year when the whole show was his.

Lebby won a lot of games as OC. Arnett was a pretty stout DC. Chad Morris was a great assistant, too We see how those turned out. A great assistant doesn't always translate into a great HC

Zac Arnett won his first game (bowl game), too. The real story will be told when Golding doesn't have Lane's infrastructure, leadership, Offensive coaches, persona (for recruiting and excitement), and the players that will be poached to LSU and elsewhere, and Golding has to stand on his own, and make big boy in-game and program decisions. He may surprise and do well, but the odds are definitely against him, not having any HC experience. Lebby was a hell of an assistant, too. We see how that's turning out when he was charged with running the whole show.

Kiffin is talking on the phone to his son, who is using his friends phone, and Kiffin starts out pranking Knox saying Lacy and the RB coach Smith weren't leaving OM and going to LSU, then he tells him it's just a prank and they're really coming to LSU. And says he and Golding have been talking about it, and Golding joked with Kiffin that Lacy re-signed with OM, but Golding was messing with Kiffin, and know's Lacy and Smith are going to LSU.
