The Nashville skyline on the helmet appears to be part of a trend this year for "city" schools to want to brand themselves to popular southern cities. For example:
GaTech: Is featuring the "404" on hats and on their helmets. Tech also has place "ATL" on their field.
SMU: has put the "D" on their helmet and the front of their jerseys has "Dallas" on it.

I really like the script "Vandy". That's pretty clean. Always love black and gold color schemes.
I don't, however, like the chrome facemasks. Especially with the metallic gold flakes in the paint of the shell of the helmet. Make the facemask black or gold to match the rest of the color scheme and that's a fantastic look imo.

Looks good but you can always count on loosing programs to change something about their uniforms to stay relevant in the press.( Except Oregon of course).
