Someone will correct me I’m sure but I believe we knocked out NCSU in the SR to advance to Omaha in 2006, which was the last time we made it that far.
ETA: We made the CWS Finals in ‘08 (and should have won it). We did knock out NCSU in ‘06.

I think I saw a post that said Tennessee plays the winner of Evansville and someone tomorrow.
Didn't they go undefeated in the regional and finish it off tonight.
Maybe they meant they play the winner of that game that's being played tomorrow, in the supers. Nevermind
