With this new ruling being tossed around in Congress, a lot of discussions have been made.

From what I hear, there’s a strong belief that the bill will pass in Congress & basically cement everybody where they are (even those wishing to move up).

So, SEC & B1G thinking of expanding & leaving before that ruling takes effect.

Well I would hope so. I would hope one would be "we need to stay the hell out of this". When was the last time the federal government did something that worked efficiently. NCAA needs to get off of their asses and do this right. They have been useless for 30 years.

You would rather Congress take over college athletics rather than the NCAA growing a set?

Im not a fan of government intervention in most things. But the people who say this ignore the fact that the government has already intervened. The NCAA gets overruled by the courts everytime they "grow a set."
The government has made this bed and neutered the NCAA. Only the government can fix that which they caused. Which unfortunately means it'll never happen. It's too late. But I'd at least like to see someone try
