No clue about your injury but couch stretch and ATG split squat have done wonders for loosening up my hip flexors. Also elevated pigeon for the back of the hips. Reverse squat for strengthening them. I'm not a runner but strengthening them should probably help with speed...

Next year the pitching could be really good. We keep forgetting that we will have Shores and Noot next year. Johnson, Moffett, and Anderson could give you a trio of strong sophomore arms. And then if you're able to get Herring and Jump to come back you have 7 legit arms before going to the transfer ...

I feel ok about the pitching. I think Jump and Herring are draft eligible but if we can get 1 or both of them back we have something to build off of with Shores, Noot, Anderson, Moffett, and Johnson. Hurd's draft stock has to be dropping right now too so he may consider coming back for better or for...
