I realize my above post sounds a little arrogant so ill list out some gripes:
His assistants. He hung on to Javi and Alan Dunn way too long and should've moved Cain off 3B.
The lack of recruiting towards the end. His 2019 class had Jacob Hasty and Rye Gunter and I'm pretty sure that was it for pitching
The roster construction - just recruit a bunch of HS SS and stick them wherever and end up with the same guy 1-9. Or just forget that you don't have a single LHP on your roster.
Not knowing his players (discovering two way guys late such as Jones, Haydel, and Bain or not knowing Hellmers shouldn't be on 3B)
The vast overreaction to TD Ameritrade and trying to turn LSU into a small ball team for a couple years
The jump on the 1st pitch plate approach even when you're facing someone's Friday night Ace who you know can pitch backwards and you need to get his pitch count up and get him out of the game.
Bullpen management - he would change pitchers too much which in my opinion is a huge mistake in college, especially back then when the talent level was a lot lower. The more college RPs you put in the game the more likely you are to find one who doesn't have it that night.
Lineup construction- the most embarrassing thing I'll remember was against A&M in one of Childress' last games.
Game 1 it's 1-1 in the 8th with 2 outs and runners on 1st and 2nd. Childress IBBs Dylan Crews to put the winning run on 3B for 3 hole hitter Brody Drost who Ks, with Beloso on your bench. Not great but not totally embarrassing. However the following night, he doesnt learn his lesson.
Game is tied up in the top of the 11th with a runner on 2nd and 2 outs. Crews is IBB again. Then Dugas is IBB to load the bases for our cleanup hitter.....Mitchell Sanford who strikes out. You had Beloso, Doughty and Arnold on that team but we repeatedly saw guys like Sanford and Milazzo bat in the 4 hole with Morgan/Crews on base in front of them. Childress just completely disrespected the middle of our lineup all weekend. He tried to do it again in the 13th inning but this time he intentionally walked the bases loaded and Mainieri finally learns and PH Arnold for Sanford who delivered with a base hit.

He’s a horrible coach now
I still don't believe he was ever that great. I just fundamentally disagreed with the way he managed nearly every aspect of the program. I know there's more than one way to win a baseball game but he went against all of my baseball beliefs. I will say that he was the anti-DVH meaning he seemed to always get his guys to play their best at the right time of the year and that counts for a lot. But he also does and says some really stupid shite sometimes
The LSU brand did a lot for him, though you can't deny that he did improve the program drastically from where Smoke left it when he first took over. His roster construction was always baffling too, but he managed to have some really good pitchers come through here

Florida lost damn near every nonconference game they played last year and still made the tournament due to 13 SEC wins. The committee has shown year after year that all that matters for SEC teams is number of conference wins

I would prefer that his first appearance isn't vs Tennessee unless we're down big

It would be great but our pitching troubles wouldn't just go away. If we paid Herring enough to stay then its doubtful that we also get Eyanson. Which means we still have 4 great pitchers and a bunch of guys not reaching their standard

The way they're all just recording with their phones has gotten really dystopian. The crowd in GB, the family members in every kids draft room, etc. All of this is being recorded by espn's camera crews and will be available on the internet. Just be present and enjoy it instead off everyone in the room recording the same video. Reminds me of that black mirror episode a few years ago. Society is weird

Any idea what positions these guys are playing?

Yea... You see people do it all the time. Your problem is the mindset that you have to even ask that question

My motivation is zero
Check into your diet. I eat clean 90% of the time so I can really notice a difference when I don't. Yesterday someone brought a bunch of sweets to work and I gave in. Ate some sweets and baked pastries and stuff around 1:00. Come 4:00 after work and it's time to work out and I felt super sluggish. Had no motivation and just wanted to take a nap. Diet can really affect your mindset

I still cant understand how people can think we're ok at safety after what we've seen the last few seasons from our returning personnel

So is it cheaper with a subscription than what they have listed here LINK
Or is the subscription just to pay for someone to interpret the results
Eta: nevermind I see you answered my question. Looks like it's cheaper with a subscription and you have access to tests that aren't listed in that link

$75/3 month subscription.
Interested to hear more about this. I used Marek previously and it's expensive af. So it looks like the subscription doesnt actually come with any specific labs. it allows you to pick whatever labs you want and they all have their own price in addition to the subscription, correct?
But I see that you can buy labs from them a la carte so what's the appeal of the subscription?

Interactive map. It'll give you estimated walk times from one gate to another. Shave a couple minutes off if you're not a dumbass

It's a long ways and there's no tram. If you know the flight numbers you should be able to see what gates the flights are landing and taking off from for the past few days and that may give you some insight

Sorry to hijack but with Cuse around...
I'm thinking about booking a 1 hr 10 minute connection in AMS through Delta (KLM flight). I'll have to clear exit immigration so it will be cutting it close. However there are later flight options back to the US from AMS, but they are much more expensive. If I book the short connection I assume that they will rebook me on a later flight if I miss it? So there's not really anything to lose by gambling for the cheaper ticket?
