I don't even care about either site, or the rankings. I knew this would bring out the usuals, though. Snowed in, so gotta entertain myself somehow.

That's because on3 does the transferring out and transferring in deal. It's only because your previously no talent recruits are leaving so that calculates differently then the level of talent leaving other schools.
