We tried to tell everyone but they didn’t want to listen. You had coaches that knew Lane and Charlie, coupled with an LSU roster with 50 new players. Ole Miss shot their wad last week but nobody would listen.

At least we went to The University of Mississippi Superbowl in Oxford and were a TD away from going to OT. Ole Miss came to Gainesville and got absolutely destroyed. Last week was in fact Pete Golding’s Superbowl
