Good on him. That's more than 99% care to put out there in the public.

There ya go. Apologize. That's not so hard. Why don't more people do that when they frick up?

Anyways, take your arse-chewings & suspension like a fricking man, go humble-pie and all is forgiven.

ETA: Except that Vandy loss. Even with apologies, that won't be forgiven until next NC.

They have a script "A" on the chest above the number. "alabama" isn't written anywhere

Maybe I'm wrong, but I believe he was referencing Nathaniel Hawthorne's "The Scarlet Letter," which a lot of us had to read in school.

Still wrong because "Alabama" is not on the uni. So he'd already be wearing "the scarlet letter" just like everyone else.

Alabama has always played the game under Sabin with a great deal of class. Wonder if this outburst of classless play is a sign of things to come with their new Coach ?

I'm glad he is sorry for what he did. I was worried he thought it was ok to act like a 5 year old.

Kalen will not be coaching at Bama very long. Dude should have walked out there and snatched his arse off the field. Total loss of control. Dude slams QB head into turf. Waves off substitution, kicks the ball when set. Screaming and talking smack back at coaches. How can you leave a guy mentally out of control on the field.

Only apologies to his side. Worthless. He's just doing this for media optics. He should've at the very least also apologized to Pavia. Maybe have added in a congratulations to Vanderbilt on a hard fought victory.

Yep, the communications department missed the mark by not congratulating Vandy and apologizing to them as well.

He should still serve a one game suspension. He made mistakes and got too caught up in his feels, and maybe he really does regret it. But, there should be some consequences or Coach could lose the whole team.

DeBoer does a piss poor job of getting his team to respect opponents, and that may be the thing that gets him fired.

Saban was so nervous about every game that he never overlooked an opponent regardless of who they were. 2011 Georgia Southern game is a prime example.

Showed more fight while vandy was taking a knee than he did the rest of the game.

Good enough for me. Most people are blowing this incident completely out of proportion.

I mean there’s a lot more I can keep looking. Can’t just say “no way they’re defending them” because they most certainly are. I didn’t necessarily say a majority of Bama/Tenn fans.

So?

So? The QB was already down, tries to get up, and Moore violently shoves him back into the ground.

Better apology than most. Most of the time it’s

“I apologize for my action. It ain’t me or how I was raised. I give glory 2 God and I’m sry to the fans and coaches. I’ll do better. Promise.”

Piss off "Team vote U"..

Oh frick off with this shite.

At this point every team in the SEC has had players get off with a slap on the wrist or some BS "punishment". At this point it is more surprising when a talented player actually gets a real punishment in the SEC.
