Actually pitch rotation is very difficult to detect for most batters. It takes lots of years and experience and a keen eye for this ! Ball movement and arm action is the most used . You can really tell who played baseball....

Not arguing with the dumbness of the law. If you move to Arkansas, you are free to take your handguns , but if you gift your son handguns in another state at a later date, you are in violation of Federal law...
