A job that is a destination for a coach.

A&M has the money and fan support to be a destination job as well.

TN fans are a wacky bunch, true. But all fan bases have their own wacky group of idiots.

You're correct about irrelevance this century until recently, but as for winning feeling, maybe this new generation, but not mine. I remember plenty of relevant victories over the decades of following my beloved Vols.

I hope we get back into the mix of things sooner than later.

Go Vols!

So you equate ole Miss baseball to that of Mizzou, because of “Muh championships are equal!”

That is doubtful

By your rationale, recency is primacy. Therefore, according to you, Ole Miss is better than State at baseball.

Thank you.

5) Miss State

It still blows my mind that we had months to find a top level head coach in 2018 when we made it to Omaha and the best we could find was the head coach from Indiana.

Most State fans would do anything to get a better head coach than Lemonis because after winning it all with previous coaches players hes been very meh with two terrible seasons and one decent season. We expect to compete to go to Omaha and host a regional every year. Lemonis has been terrible with portal recruiting as well.

The thing I always hear is that a lot of coaches like say Jay Johnson or Vitello prefer living in a bigger urban setting than in a small college town that we have in Starkville. However the flipside is that during baseball season the city and university revolves around baseball when we have good teams and host regionals.

eh, neither Bama or Auburn are very desirable due to competetive disadvantages. Why do you think neither ever get big names?
The rest of the SEC, yea, they are all great jobs.

Anything positive about the Razorbacks and you’ll never say it. You should switch teams.

All you State posters are too embarrassed to answer. That tells everyone all they need to know about State baseball and State fans.

All it says is that we don't have to try as hard as you are trying here.

Kinda sad to watch you pretend

Give the fans something positive to talk about instead of the tired Lucy, Charlie Brown football trick each year.

The source is Tennessee fans.

I can remember very well that LSU fans actually thought they was going to win the super regional and also take our coach. I had LSU fans talking shite to me saying they not leaving Knoxville without Tony V, that they were confident he would be their next coach. I tried to tell them dumbasses that wasn’t happening, but LSU fans had to find out the hard way.

A media personality in Texas has flat out said that Texas contacted Vitello back in April and Vitello parlayed it into a raise and extension.

Tennessee fans didn’t start this shite, it was other people, and other fans and even people that don’t have no connection to Tennessee.
