Prior to 2000 they weren’t even mediocre.

Imagine taking sides for something you have very little information on.

I know enough to say that Woodward fired him and announced it to the world and said that the board of supervisors supported his decision along with the school acting president.

LSU even posted it on their actual official schools website.

Acting AD even said he was fired due to not being in the championship game. He said standard is being in the CFP every year and that wasn’t being done.

Also know that Woodward and them wanted to negotiate the buyout and Kelly said, nope your gonna pay me my money in full.!

Then when Kelly wouldn’t agree to a reduced buyout, all of sudden LSU wants to go go back 2 weeks to retroactively change the reason they fired him.

Did I leave anything out?

You know how bad…

You got to frick up to have people on Brian Kelly side? Thank you LSU, you accomplished the impossible.

LSU being ran by a retarded governor is how it was always meant to play out.

I mean the restarted goner has a point. This AD has costed his last 2 schools over $100 million just in buyouts in football. Why should he get another chance?

Yall seem really concerned Woodward is going to finally make the right decision.

One thing Woodward is good at is costing schools money! He has cost his last 2 employers (aTm and LSU) over $150 million just in buyouts while being responsible for the highest 2 buyouts in history.

1. Jimbo- $74 million
2. Kelly- $54 million
3. Coach O- $18 million
4. Sumlin- $10 million

Total= $156 million just in HC buyouts!

hardly broke....

Then why steal money from a children hospital?

And if you “had so much money” then why did your AD go the cheapest route possible to hire a men’s basketball coach that is the lowest paid MBB coach in the SEC?
quote:

$128,000,000 is how much money Scott Woodward has cost his last two employers.

It’s actually more $150 million just in buyouts if you count the assistants also. We won’t even add the $20 million that this roster cost.

Fisher- $76.8
Kelly- $53.8
Coach O- $18 million (LSU makes last payment to him December 2025).

HC’s Total = $148.6

The real problem at LSU..

Is Scott Woodward! Woody is responsible for the 2 largest buyouts in football history. At what point will LSU realize that he’s not very good at hiring football coach?

Buyouts under his watch:
Jimbo- $74 million
Kelly- $54 million
Coach O- $18 million

So between the $20 million roster at LSU, Kelly and Coach O buyouts. Does LSU have enough money left after the $92 million wasted under his watch to hire an established coach? Scotty boy has failed miserably at hiring coaches that generate the most money.

The implications of this buyout will cause LSU to keep their MBB coach after another year of not making NCAA Tournament.

And you can use aTm football as the latest example of getting better when he leaves.

Hell when he left Washington in 2016 all of sudden their football team got better suddenly.

Are now tied with the Gators in the SEC standings. It just means more!

Wonder how many other teams have faced 2 top 5 teams in Bama and UGA? According to ESPN predictor, the Vols are favored to win the rest of its games. 10-2 is very realistic still.

The Women's College World Series averaged more viewers (1.3M) than the Men's College World Series (1.2M).

Now compare that to 2024:

The 2024 Men's College World Series (MCWS) saw strong viewership, with the finals averaging 2.82 million viewers across ESPN networks. This marked the second-most watched MCWS finals in ESPN's history according to Front Office Sports. Game 3 of the finals drew 3.34 million viewers, making it the most-watched baseball game of the year, including both college and MLB.

Say what you want, but the Vols style of plays is good for college baseball!

Tennessee has won the most games last 5 years. Biggest difference between LSU and UT right now is Tony V had to build his program from nothing, while JJ got handed a top 15 team with elite talent all over the field.

Perfect recruit for tenn. douchebag player to a douchebag program

So the best JUCO player in the country is a douchebag because he picked UT over LSU and told everyone the reason why? Would he had been a douchebag has he picked LSU or Arkansas and said the same thing about UT?
Now we know why Tennessee beat out LSU for one of the top recruits in the country. He is not wrong for Tennessee being the top team over the last 4 years. LSU time was the 90’s and now it’s the Vols time to take over the 2020’s.

est coach or not, I don’t get the warm fuzzies against Arky. They’re my pick to win it all.

Even if Arkansas wins this weekend, this seasons is still a success. The Vols have returned back to the Supers in a rebuilding/down year.

Since 2020 no team except for the Vols have returned to the Supers following their championship season. And for Tony V to do so after losing his entire starting rotation and 7 starting position players to the draft, I’d say that makes him the best Coach.

I could argue this may be his best coaching job since being a HC.

He said they just somehow always win in these late situation tight games in Baton Rouge.

It was fricking Little Rock, a 19 win regular season team.

I think if you’re the regional host you should be rewarded with home field in every game.

Maybe it’s because you suck. Getting your dick slapped by UTSA and then cry about not being home team while hosting is some next level bitch shite. But reality is that last time you played UTSA and you were the home team you lost to them. You are now 0-3 on the year to them. They won you!

All it boils down to is Texas was play its worst baseball and the wrong time. Last 5 games you are 2-3.

If you ask nicely, we will come and save you again like last time. But 2nd thoughts, go frick yourself.

How was it when you played there earlier, we were so scared we won the series and laughed at you .

You talking about a series a month ago that has no impact now?

June 2nd, 2019…

Posted by BigDickRick16 on 6/3/25 at 3:20 am
Is the last time Tennessee didn’t advance past a regional, Vitello’s 2nd year. They have since advanced to 5 straight super regionals since and Omaha 3 of the last 4 years.

The Vols are now 17-3 in Regionals since 2019, Tony V’s 2nd year and last time they lost multiple games in a Regional(UNC Regional).

Prior to last night June 1st, they hadn’t lost a regional game since 2019.

Say what you will, Tony V built a program that has been a model of what consistency in college baseball.

If you didn’t already know, you should now. He’s the best coach in college baseball.
