Makes complete sense seeing as the game was over in the second quarter.

Probably because nobody gives a frick about seeing these retreads. Any of us would love to be the team everyone is sick of seeing win the championship but the reality is that outside of your own fans, no one really gives a shite after a bit.

The LSU-Clemson showdown was also the biggest viewership audience for any cable program since the 2018 National Championship between Georgia and A1abana. According to ESPN, the MegaCast audience peaked at 29.2 million around when LSU took the lead late in the second quarter.

I went to bed at 7:30 PM.

Although that had more to do with my work schedule than the game

Excellent gif response. And the subtle connection to your freshman QB is a bonus.

CoVid has hit the ratings hard for every sport. Even the NFL had a 20% drop in ratings this past Super Wild Card weekend compared to last year's Wild Card games.

It isn’t just the Covid. I am NOT trying to start a political shitfest, but all the SJW stuff has impacted the fans. My 65 year old neighbor cancelled his family tickets they’ve had since the Bryant years and he vowed to never watch a Bama game again. Wouldn’t even casually talk about it.

Yeah, so this year was totally normal.

I'm sure that is why ratings were low, if true.

I think this has burned a lot of casual viewers out. The nfl and college football did a good job keeping it to a minimum, but I know lots of casual fans who don’t watch at all.
