Could be the reason for the Sec backing off kicking LSU out of the sec. A agreed upon penalty .

Could come from LSU doing it for breaking. league rules. Just because he didn’t allow the players on the roster does not mean he didn’t do anything wrong . Calling people telling him to sue the ncaa and sec to be able to play at LSU is the most likely reason for his suspension. 4 games seems likely .

Got a link to that audio? Let’s put money on this.

Leave this jabber to the real SEC schools. You and Texas definitely don’t get to have an opinion.

Do we have another coach on the team? I'm ok with him getting suspended

Suspensions for the coaches are pretty worthless.

If they are going to do something it should be much more severe than that.

Probably not. All he did was say things. He has a right to do that. You can't silence public officials for their opinions. That's his first amendment right.

It seems like they are mad about "imagine if we had pro players" line that was clearly a joke to Holly because he actually said "it took everything in me not to say imagine if we had pro players" .

If it's the halftime speech they're bigger puss bags than I thought.

For what? Hurting feelings? Having different politics than university chancellors?

Not sure any of you want that precedent.

why is this some uncrossable line? There are hundreds of lawsuits a year vs the NCAA .

the SEC wasnt even on the initial TRO until they decided to pass a bylaw that directly violated the court order.

You other SEC fans who are cheering this on, just be warned, you could be next.

LMAO. So if he rostered and played the guys, it would be 1/2 a season or roughly 6 games, but because some feelings are hurt and he didn't break any rules, it is 4 games?

Where in the world did you come up with this?
