Your one shot is ball control. Auburn did a great job in the first quarter, but nix threw the interception and it was over

I can only wish Kentucky puts 7 in the box to stop the run.

Don't get behind the chains. That's exactly how we lost to UK (penalties) despite controlling the game.

Levis is a better passer than Emory but not good enough to beat UGA on 3rd and longs.

Go ahead and prep yourselves now. You are going to lose. Stop thinking about Atlanta

This is fan fiction, Kentucky is not coming into Athens at 330 and even considering covering. Sorry.

I mean this in the nicest possible way: there is no chance UK establishes anything resembling a run game against UGA.

You beat an LSU team that has given up, has no leadership on the field, and clueless coaches. Don’t get ahead of yourself. It has been a good season up to this point, but UGA is on another level.

Good thing we won’t have to cross that bridge until the Fall of ‘22.

1) Avoid any turnovers (obviously)
Possible
2) Establish the run early, and have a couple of long sustained drives each half, both to keep the defense rested and avoid putting too much of the game on Will Levis' shoulders. Look to end the game in the range of 200 yards rushing.
Definitely not happening
3) On defense, control the run enough without selling out, and force Georgia to throw the ball downfield often. Like Auburn did?

Doesn't sound like it. We should all email Barnhart and ask him to keep the team at home, as Georgia can't lose no matter what happens. I wonder if they would be this boisterous if Bama hadn't lost.

Chris Rodriguez is going to be a household name by Saturday night and I look forward to drunkenly bumping this thread Sunday morning when tRant reopens and I'm still powering through from an all nighter

The only question you Georgia fans need to be asking yourselves is "can your knees touch your elbows?"

How are you going to do that? 200 yards rushing?
Power 5 teams are averaging 1.9 ypa and 54 ypg. Honestly.

Have you seen what todd monken does against man coverage?
Have you ever wondered why barry odom and brent venables stayed in zone coverage the entire game?

On Saturday, a good UK team will face a team and a crowd the likes of which it hasn't faced in years.

Better have a very creative and physical offense that can take 4 quarters of punishment and persevere, and a stout and quick defense that can defend the run and cover some good receivers, including a newly healthy 6'7" Darnell Washington.

Anything can happen in CFB, but I think the Dawgs cover at home.

Covering huge spreads is always a risky proposition no matter what. Only UK homers and people afraid of UGAs success think they can win though. It’s still a good season for them. Oh no we lost to a maybe once in a generation UGA defense how will we survive being Kentucky at 6-1

The temperature of this board is a great example of how little respect UK gets. You guys are acting like we are a middle school team getting ready to play the Kansas City Chiefs. Damn, Georgia is awesome, but they bleed too. If our helmet had a Gator Logo on it, several of you would give us a chance for the upset.

Myself, and many others, have given and often give UK respect. In particular to Stoops for what he’s been able to to and for the fine start they’ve had this season. So you’re either being disingenuous or stupid you pick. Regardless, UK has a chance to win in the same sense Arkansas had a chance to win.
