I 100% agree with you on Daniels. I'm just saying at what point do we not say, you're 20 years old, and even tho Daniels is being a bitch about it, he did win us a Heisman and we typically don't give those numbers out. The guy that said he would give it to you was fired. You did pretty good last year with #3.

this is not on LSU. this is on Jaydens team. they never told him they were going to retire his number. they retired his jersey! if he would have won a Championship then maybe things would be different but he didn't. he has no leg to stand on. even the sports media members are calling him out on this . they are all saying he is acting like a baby.

Does he think that trophy is named after him? Is it made in his image? Or is it a likeness of him? Hate to break it to you JD but that's a statue of John Heisman, and a replica is made and presented to the school who fields the winner of he award named after John Heisman each year. It's not yours to ask for.

Daniels acts like he led the Tigers to a title when he led them to a mid tier Florida bowl and won a Heisman in possibly the weakest year of college football in some time.

That's what this is about. As long as nobody else can wear the number, then all jersey sales for that number 5 would be eligible for them to claim a share of the profit. But now the jersey sales shares will be split.
He most likely could give a rat's arse, but his mom and his financial manager aren't happy about a potential revenue stream drying up.

Lsu fans fooling themselves if they think Burrow has some great loyalty. He just doesn't give a shite what they do with his number. Anybody ever seen Joe Burrow down on the lsu sideline? They were both 2 year rentals who took their best offer.
