I get why some of our fans can't seem to let the Kiffin thing go and bash him and LSU every chance they get, but why the hell do LSU fans care so much about what is going on with Ole Miss? You got our football coach, you have an AD and program that would turned a blind eye to assault, rob from children's hospitals, and sell their soul for success in sports. Why are you not happy with where things are for LSU and focused on Ole Miss?
Same question applies for Kiffin, he was made one of the highest paid coaches in college football, at a "dream job" for him, all the NIL money, all the attention, etc... and he can't help but talk about Ole Miss. It's just weird to me. If you're really happy, it should be easy to move on and just say I'm focused on things at LSU, not my previous employer.

Congrats. No way to watch the run Oklahoma had and not be incredibly impressed. Everyone on that team stepped up. Even as an ole Miss fan with a team in Omaha, had a lot of fun watching this OU team compete.

How? They had to have spent more on Jacob Parker, Ace Reese, Tomas Valincius, Aiden Teel, and Jack Bauer than anyone we had on our roster. No telling what they had to pay Parker and Bauer to turn down the pros. Craziest part of this is we have a guy who will get taken in the 1st round next month that didn't pitch in Omaha

Wow, talk about choking. Getting hit by a good team is one thing, just giving people free bases is another.
Anyone have any intel for next season? Obviously want to enjoy reaching Omaha, but we're probably losing our entire weekend rotation and our most important position players. State and LSU are already returning a lot and killing it in the portal.
It would be pretty interesting to see money (NIL) teams are spending on baseball. I get the feeling everyone is spending a lot on football. Baseball, it seems like there are 3 or 4 spending way more than everyone else each year, then probably another 15 programs giving a decent amount of NIL and then a bunch that just don't really care.

Think those 05-10 teams and the Thomas Dillard and kessinger teams are what people hold on to. I'm still convinced the 05 team is the best one we've had

We won a college World Series 4 years ago and were a missed PI call away from playing for a college football championship 5 months ago. Don't think beating Auburn in a super is our pinnacle

This does seem to be the case every year. Think they're worried they could have 3/4 of the World Series as sec teams if they didn't have to knock each other out in the super.
Were we ever in it for Jacob Parker? Put that guy in left field for us and I like our chances against just about anyone. He is one of the best freshman I've seen
