I'm not a fan of Shedeur but I'm in favor of him beating the shite out of those two. He's arrogant, but somebody pulling a prank like that during what is one of the biggest moments of your life, he didn't deserve that.

Pop Isaacs to Houston hurts. Seemed like he was a lock early on. We really need to start hitting on some players out of the portal because we lose everyone besides Dia.

I think Beard feels he has a pretty good thing going at Ole Miss. Not a ton of pressure and he has a very supportive AD who will do everything he can to give Beard the resources he needs. We don't have the resources of A&M, but I think Beard wants a top 5 job and will eventually get it if he continues to succeed at Ole Miss so why keep making your family move instead of staying and waiting on the dream job.

Can't really argue with those. Both would be top 5 picks in this draft. After watching what Lagway and Sellers did at the end of last season I'd argue to have one of or both of them in there.

Hate to lose when we had opportunities to win but it's been a fun season and no shame in losing to an Izzo coached team.

Incredible season. We just missed too many good looks in the 2nd half and their guards got to the basket over and over again down the stretch. Will miss watching some of these guys play

He'll 100% leave for a top tier job but think he's happy at ole miss and won't leave for some jobs others might prefer. I was surprised he turned down Arkansas, can't argue that's a better basketball job. Kansas is one to watch as I can see self returning in a couple years and beard would kill it there

Yeah that's stupid. We need him to turn it around but this is his first sec series as a frosh. The question is why didn't bianco put our defensive specialist shortstop in with a 1 run lead in the 9th.

Not fun to start the sec part of our schedule and not have a single player in the bullpen we can trust to hold a lead.

Neither Doyle or Mendes were very good last year so can't imagine the price was that high to keep them. Fischer im sure was expensive

That was a terrible inning. We have got to develop some of these freshman to be impact relievers this year. Glad he quit to focus on football but having Simmons in this bullpen would be nice.

Things could certainly change once sec play starts, but I've been really impressed with these transfers, especially the 3 outfielders. You can tell they are experienced, all 3 seem to have a good approach at the plate and I have confidence they will look out of place against sec pitching
