Is it conceivable that Kirby could have a run like Saban?

Could he wind up as good or better? Does Georgia have the administration and boosters in place to support this? What are Georgia fan's thoughts on this?

No, their boosters are not satisfied with winning titles and will instead sit on their hands and no longer support the football program

The only thing preventing Kirby from having a Saban-like run is Saban.

They will be good and go on a run, but I just don’t see anyone ever replicating what Saban has done.

It has already started. You didn’t hear? UGA has taken over, baw.

I think Kirby is just getting started, but Saban's run has been unprecedented, so, although it's likely Kirby will have major success, he probably won't have as much as Saban.

I don't see why not especially if Saban retires at some point
I still think Smart needs to open up the offense a little more and that's also assuming Florida doesn't get their act together
Plus Tennessee is starting to show a pulse under Heupel
But who knows once the new schedules kick in but I would have to assume UGA's main competition will be Fla and Tenn

I think so. Do I think Kirby is as good of a coach as Nick, no...but his program has finally won that big game and his program recruits really well. I see no reason he can't start getting those guys that Nick used to

nobody in the future of cfb history will ever dupliate the run saban has had/is having. So let's go ahead and get that out of the way now.

He was on a run like saban but the thing is, he was riding... on that coat tail.
He's got a long way to go to even come close to that guy in Tuscaloosa.

Nah gonna be tough to do once Saban retires and Brian Kelly starts owning him in Atlanta. Expanded playoff that guarantees 2 SEC teams getting in may help him out tho.

I doubt we are ever, in our lifetimes, going to see a dynasty like the current Bama dynasty ever again

Georgia gets Bama type talent, but they don't get Bama coaching and development. Do I think Kirby could win one every 10 years or so? Yes.

Nope. Too hard to stockpile talent with NIL and transfer portal. He will win 3-4 titles maybe. Won’t get close to 7.

Nil changed the game. I would have said yes had things not changed.

we've gotten "bama type talent" the last handful of years, while bama and OSu also get the same level of talent.
Saban for 10 years got that type of talent when no one else in america was close, and certainly not for any regular stretch.
To try to paint a picture of kirby being some oaf that can recruit well btu can't coach is not really accurate.
