He's not Chad Morris so he won't be the worst SEC hire since Ears Whitworth.
Not a glamorous hire but Mizzou doesn't need a glamorous hire to show up and rally a downtrodden program. You need a steady hand. He looks like he's a fairly steady hand.

You know, the more you look into his record, the more this guy seems like, if not a home run hire, a stand up triple.

First year at Temple. He took over for Doeren at Northern Illinois before that and did a solid job there.
