Well Bama could easily have 2 more Nattys if not for injuries to key players. If I could flip one game I would choose one of those.
The first game was the 2016 or 17 Natty against Clemson. Bama was actually killing Clemson for a little bit. Clemson had no answer for Bo Scarborough. Everyone in the stadium knew he was going to get the ball but Clemson still couldn’t stop him. After he got hurt Bama couldn’t run the ball and Hurts could not throw the ball well enough to keep Clemson honest. Bama lost the game on the last play but if Bo had not got hurt in that game Bama probably wins that game by a comfortable margin.
The second game was last years Natty. The Georgia Defense had no answer for either Metchie or Williams. Once Williams hurt his knee in that game Bama had to have another WR step up and keep Georgia honest. Nobody did so Bama lost. Had Bama had either of those 2 WR then Bama probably would have won a close game. Bama still had their chances to win that game anyway but nobody stepped up when it counted. Credit Georgia for making the plays to win when they had too but it sure felt like Bama was going into a gun fight with a pistol full of blanks without Metch and Williams.
If I could flip one game I would take either one of those games. Bama was very close to having 2 more titles in the trophy case.

2018 CWS game 2
2006 SEC Championship Game
2010 Auburn
2011 LSU
2012 Motorcycle ride
I know the 3 football games weren't within 8 point final score, but the 1st 2 were closer than the final score with major Arkansas/ref frick ups that changed things.
2011 LSU we jumped out to a 14 point lead and had them on the ropes until we had a dropped 3rd down pass. We punted to Mathieu and the rest is history.

Honorable mention to the 2012 SECCG. Georgia is two plays away from having three titles in the last decade. I’d wager that’s the first time in the history of college football that’s happened to a team.
If UGA had won that game in 2012, Kirby Smart likely wouldn't be the UGA coach now.

Auburn
2004 USC beats UCLA 29-24
OU beats OSU 31-28
Either of those go the other way, AU is in the title game
2010
2013 FSU is stopped on their last drive

2014 Orange Bowl or 2017 against Bama. That one really stung

Either Kick 6 (because then we likely play for the national championship anyway, don't know if we beat FSU, but if we did then that's a 3-peat) or 2016 National Championship game (also gives a threepeat).

46-41 still haunts your shitty little dreams. You still hear Ed mocking you from the heart of your stadium #RTWFU
But you can’t take it back.
It’s forever.
Suck it bitchhhhhhhhhhh!

While I think the OP is a Serraneaux alter, I'll respond...
2007 vs South Carolina. Win that and UGA is playing the the SECCG vs. LSU.
I know the baws are going to downvote this to hell, but I think UGA probably wins that game vs LSU and is then playing against that soft arse Tosu team that a Les Miles-led LSU team beat much worse than the final score indicated in the BCSCG.

2010 SEC championship game. That would have been sweet.

USC's tough loss in Baton Rouge carried over the next week in the Swamp - resulting in the only 2 setbacks of Carolina's 2012 season. it's quite likely a Gamecock win in Baton Rouge would've also carried over to the Swamp in much the same way.
Spurrier 12-0 at South Carolina would've made for some great HBC quotes.
Didnt even think about this one.
Could add Navy in 84', SC is likely in the NC game

I’ll take Willy’s bait. 2019 Alabama/lsu. It doesn’t haunt my dreams, but the sweet deliciousness of tiger tears would’ve been one for the ages.

2012 bama for LSU.
As devestating as the NC game in 2011 was, LSU still rebounded and had a chance to erase that and play for a championship in 2012.
Instead we lose a heartbreaker and the program and Les never really recovered.

I was at this game. It was devastating. The LSU fans there were awesome though, made for a really fun trip. They even stated it was one of the louder games in Death Valley that they had witnessed.
