Is it too much to ask a grown arse man not to yank on the opponent’s jersey right in front of the officials or to not assault the opposing team’s fan because you’re butthurt?

Two different things here.

I’m not defending his actions and expect Cal to discipline him.

But kick him off the team?

Kick him off the team.

This may be a wee bit of overreaction
quote:

In TB’s defense he was getting called for improper eye contact that led to hurt feelings left and right.
I laughed at this one

I've heard mostly negative comments about Drink on here until he became a possible candidate for other SEC teams. Not digging at you, just an observation.

And you’re…. Surprised?
quote:

Ed O being hired as a line coach is the kiss of death for the HC.

We need to hire him at Arkansas as a DL coach. Perfect scenario.

He won’t out snake Petrino, and Ed can talk to recruits while Bobby sits around a dungeon making new offensive sets while bellowing out louder and louder evil laughs.
The hatred of our hearts is full again!

That hole of hatred just couldn’t be filled with LSU or Mizzou, so we just filled it with hating ourselves.

You’ll notice Aggies and Horns bantering back and forth like unloved children.

You don’t see that with Hogs and Horns. Our hatred as Hogs is pure. frick them.

It’s so nice to have our hate back!
No. There was a stretch where Judge was very cold and Cal was on heater where the odds got pretty close, but Judge and Ohtani are basically locks at this point.
quote:

This indiscriminate troll culture we have is gay as hell and tiresome

I actually agree with this.

We need to bring back fear of getting your arse kicked IRL.
It’s closer than you expect.

Odds are -155 for Judge and +125 for Cal

Meanwhile, it’s -10,000 for Ohtani versus +1600 for Schwarbs
I really don’t like the Yankees, I vehemently dislike their fans, and the new Yankee stadium is my least favorite MLB stadium currently (the old one wasn’t bad). In fact if most Yankee fans were honest they’d admit the old Yankee stadium was way better than this new shitty concrete heat trap.

That said, calling Yankees fans bad sports fans is just not correct. They’re toxic, obnoxious, arrogant, entitled, and all around shitty.

But they always, always show up to be toxic, obnoxious, arrogant, entitled, and all around shitty across the country in other stadiums, as well as the shitty new Yankee stadium.
I posted this when you joined the conference and everyone was ranking rivals. Reminder to Texas fans, we don’t care where you rank us. We truly don’t care. frick you.

quote:

”A very, very, distant 3rd would be piggy but we all know they would have us number 1 by a long shot.”

Yep we will put you #1, and we don’t give a frick where you put us.

We will welcome you this November like we always do, with hearts full of hate.

Every team likes to say “we are Arkansas’ Super Bowl”. It’s not really true except for Texas.

We don’t care if you don’t care about us. We don’t have any jilted lover/unloved family member dynamics with Texas like Aggie does.

Our hatred is pure. It’s consistent. Unadulterated hate and disdain. No mixed feelings. We don’t care what our or your record is. All we know is frick you. And I hope Arkansas gas stations don’t fill up your cars with Texas plates after the games like they did back in the 60s and 70s.

What Suh did vs Texas will probably never be replicated.

The only knock on Suh that game was you could make an argument that he was TOO good.

If he was just half a step slower on that final play, and gets to Colt slightly later for Colt to throw it away, they don’t put the extra second on the clock for the FG.
quote:

Texas could have triple teamed him down blocking the RT and it still wouldn't have mattered

 I actually think I recall Texas doing that a couple plays and he still got a TFL
To answer you specifically, I’m highly skeptical of all of that information. Not saying he’s not connected, but:

- The concept that Pittman’s agent deterred him or said he couldn’t retire is ridiculous. He may have advised his based on the contract, but the notion that Pittman wanted to retire and his agent said “no” is asinine. I’ve never once seen that in my entire life outside of prima donna celebrities being forced to complete their contracts

- As others have said, two coaches having fire and wanting to fight in practice is not a bad thing. Coaches giving up and looking for jobs (John L Smith year) is

- So either the the information he’s getting is construed the incorrect way, he’s interpreting the wrong way, or something. But that entire portion was head scratching to say the least, I’m highly skeptical

- We may go 2-10 this year, but it’s not going to be because Travis and Bobby gave a frick about practice or that Pittman is a puppet for his agent
The simple ones were the best

Coach: “Son… I need you to run as fast as a silverback gorilla…. Have you ever seen a silverback gorilla?”

Me: “ No sir”

Coach: “THATS RIGHT THEY’RE TOO DAMN FAST!!!”
quote:

Only way to change the narrative is to win more than 8 games

Or less?

:dunno:
Yes, the post was a bit pathetic.

But the WildcatMike response thread is more pathetic.
quote:

Sam Pittman, Arkansas

The good news for Pittman has been the 3 decade erosion of passion from the Arkansas fan base.

We used to fly banners and FOIA coaches for going 8-4. Now we give them extensions.
quote:

But what about losing to Texas just because their team didn’t play well enough?

Then that’s clearly enough to run the whole SEC.

Come on are you even listening?
