Experience counts for a lot but it's no guarantee.

He won't be terrible, that's the only thing you can say with confidence.

I don’t know anything about it. So I’ll Leavitt for the rest of y’all to discuss.

The game against State, he looked very pedestrian. Of course, State was at full strength defensively that night.

if you're scared just say it ! Sam now has Kiffin to coach him up. and we all know what that could do for a QB. just look at your own QB and what Kiffin did for him.

He'll probably put up pretty decent numbers, but he's not as good as any of the QBs he had at Ole Miss.

You guys awarded Garrett Nussmeier the Heisman last summer. Looks like you guys will have back to back winners.

OP is an idiot. Leavitt lit up State for 151 yards 1 TD 2 INT 20-42(47.6 completion %) in 2 games with a top 10 overall pick at WR

They had to buy another server last summer to handle all the LSU posts claiming Nussmeier would win the Heisman. We are on the same trajectory with Leavitt. Good news is they already have the server.

We all know what a buzzsaw Mississippi State was the last couple years.

Link? I'm not saying you're lying again, just would like to see some proof of these claims.

I’m not terribly confident either… that’s why I love the 2 backups Lane got.
Out of the 3, they will find someone who can light it up.

I watched him play against Texas in the 2024 Peach Bowl and he was just a freshman, but the kid really impressed me with his ability to escape the pocket.

Kid looked like a future NFL QB to me, even though his stats weren’t great. I think he’ll be a Heisman contender if he stays healthy.

Preseason Heisman

There were some fun ones. The comparisons with Burrow and Daniels aged well.

Guys, I know you all remember the bravado from LSU fans. But please go easy on sidewalk, it isn’t all his fault. His mom used to hit him with a coat hanger. It wasn’t until he was born that she switched to using a belt.
