As an LSU fan (and most other LSU fans I know..) I agree with this.
Offensively, our passing game is all we got... Our rushing and 3rd down conversion stats were criminal...

There’s no energy in this LSU team. Our O line is very young and as a result we have no running game and trouble protecting Brennan. It doesnt help that we havent ran a single RPO this year which was the majority of our offensive plays last year. Our passing game and special teams are fine and most of our problems are on defense. Our DBs look as lost as a fart in a hurricane. Most big plays they’ve given up havent been because they were beat athletically, but because they have no idea who to cover. I’ve never seen a defense this confused. They play as if they have never practiced together. In my opinion, the defense should be simplified so the players can fully understand their role in every formation. Its also very odd to not see any players moving close to the line threatening to blitz. They just kind of stand there and pray the ball doesn’t come their way. Its almost as if the entire defense gets wasted every night before a game. Its hard to blame anyone but Pelini

picked up some bad habits from the aggies I guess. Giving up over 600 yds in uncalled for by a defense. We do suck.
