call a cheap attorney and get a petition filed for damages. If its a big enough company, they will be willing to quickly settle just to get it over and done with.

The only situation I can imagine would truly hurt my fandom is if LSU had a great player the fans loved and he chose to transfer to a rival solely for the purpose of a small increase in NIL payment.
