Considering multistory multifamily construction from idea to breaking ground is at least 18 months with design, engineering, bidding, and buyout. I would assume 3.5 years is probably not attainable.

I would be good sitting around $5.75 and then holding while we wait for production.

He is not wrong about the agent aspect, but to say that the tax payers were paying the buyout is wrong.

It is also wrong to publicly critize the AD, when this should be done behind closed doors. SW is still the AD
You are probably right. If it gets into the twos I think I will dca a little bit
Unfortunately, really no reason to watch this until production can start. Other than that it is going to trade sideways for awhile
Smackover, realistically any movement on this stock until production will be partnership or news driven until the facility or contracts are released. Is that a fair assumption?
All of this dilution will not help the stock price. How much funding are they trying to get?

Honestly, anyone worth a shite would want to come to LSU, the problem is funding a buyout and another salary plus all of the demands for NIL.

Going to get ugly in here, but production is still 2.5-3 yeas out so we had to figure something like this would happen.

I guess the wine mixer is on hold.
Really any number of catalysts could get this thing to $20 pretty quickly.

Partnership with a major, a tweet from Elon/Tesla, Trump or lithium prices going higher.

Is there a construction start date announced yet?
Also took a small position this morning, I guess we will see

Is anyone selling and waiting for a pullback? We are still years away from production.

I have been holding a while but interested on everyone's opinion
I continue to monitor, but really feel this will move once construction nears completion or there is a buyout
They reference it in the podcast, but 2023 LSU lineups better with 2024 Tennessee than 2025
Pretty weak. Even the announcers said so
Obviously no way to know the answer. But, once he had everything rolling it is pretty easy to assume that his success would be similar. He won so many recruiting battles against LSU, I think it would really depend who Bama had as their coach.

If someone like Urban or Spurrier went to Bama then maybe the answer is he would not have won 6 at LSU.

The Tigers were taken from a military regiment:

"The "Fighting Tigers" nickname for LSU originates from Confederate military units, such as the New Orleans-based Tiger Rifles and later regiments, known for their tenacity and ferocity. The name was adopted by the LSU football team in 1896 during an undefeated season and gained further prominence in 1955 with the addition of "Fighting" by coach Paul Dietzel."

The deaf Valley Death Valley thing is what it is
Based on the director, I think you could have guessed the narrative. It was not poorly done, just biased.

I would like to see a documentary about MS. I know several people that lived along the coast and their stories are insane.
The possibility is probably slim, but not zero the way LSU has been putting pitchers in the early rounds and NIL.

He is young so college may be something he is interested in. Like posted earlier there are several examples of players choosing college over the MLB. I would rather have him commited to LSU then somewhere else.
