We have unambitious fans and administration.

You can see for yourself how many fair weather turd fans that don't even know anything about CFB we have.

Drinkwitz is finally actually changing things we are top 15 this year in recruiting/transfers.

It's looking like 2023 will be an even better recruiting year.

Did we even offer that guy? Grew up 20 minutes from campus. Was actually kinda tough seeing him break down in his moms arms after the game. You could tell he really wanted that one.

Might do it again with Vic Sutton lol

We are a poor, rural state. Pretty much our largest metro area is dying. Central Arkansas has absolutely awful football except for 2 or 3 suburban schools. The Little Rock Metro area has little to no participation in high school football. You'll see one or two big recruits a year from that area, max.

Holy shot 3 NY6 bowls. That’s almost impossible, Clearly the best program ever and How many national championship games has Ole miss played in also?

The short answer to your question is Missouri has more than twice as many people from which to recruit.

High school football just isn't great in Arkansas, and so we have to compete for recruits in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. It's tough going against those home teams.

Compare that to basketball and baseball, where fewer top-notch in-state recruits can really make a difference. We do well in those sports.

Arkansas in the SWC days just depended on the state of Texas for recruits. Even talk of Darell Royal helping Frank Broyles with Texas recruits as he didn't want the teams in Texas to be a challenge to them. But since joining the SEC, Arkansas had to recruit different states that have never recruited before such as the state of Georgia recently.

Arkansas’ biggest accomplishment is losing 3 SEC Championship games.
