People like you need to face the music and realize you're selling your country out for stonk go up and are a giant phaggot
This is a GIGANTIC frick up. She even gave him a chance to walk it back and he doubled down. Went full Vivek :banghead:
Program culture still matters even in the age of NIL. Florida St and Florida among many others are proof of that. Money doesn't instill a sense of pride that will compel you to fight the same way.

We're hiring Baz as AD, Gus as HC, BLJ as OC and Rob Smith as DC and riding this nostalgia train right off the cliff!!!
I agree we need someone who can engage the whole state again. Feels like this program forgot how to do that or doesn't care to anymore. Maybe it really isn't worth it in today's college football. If not what the hell is the point of this? Making people from outside the state rich? Part of me wants us to get left behind in the coming D1 split
A&M and OSU are by far the two best teams I've seen this year. A&M has a better SOS so I would have to agree they deserve it.
NINJA loans here we come! :nana: :nana: :nana:

which side of the ball has the biggest issues with playing winning football.

What team have you been watching?

Offense has shite their pants repeatedly in game winning situations before and after Sam was fired.

Auburn loss was 100% on the offense. Even Bert couldn't put together a better collapse.
If AD is going to be relegated to non revenue hires and fund raising, as I think most will be in the NIL era, then Baz isn't an awful choice. It would depend on what his relationship is with power boosters.

He is well liked across the state and nationally and could rally the wide net of support that we need right now
I saw the same team I saw against Ole Miss last night so I'm not sure what effect he has had yet other than giving them a soft reset. Going to take more time to see if he still has it.

Unless we are ready to be a serious program and start competing for championships Bobby is by far the best choice right now assuming he keeps the team playing hard.

The fanbase believes in him enough to give some decent NIL and attend games for a few years.
I can really smell tFear in this thread. If we walk into Knoxville and pull one out, there are gonna be a lot of diapers around here that will need changing.
The Sam decisions were pretty obvious. No more 4th and 1 fifty yard field goal attempts.
I'm so damn hyped. We may not win shite but we are going to see effort out of whoever steps on that field the rest of the year. So sick of seeing players half arse it all game.
Good. The players quit on them and Sam. No room for losers on the redemption bus.

name like Barry Lunney Jr

I'm terrified this is whats going to happen. The more I think about it, the more it seems likely. The most Arkansas thing to do would be hire BLJ or Gus.

They've beat LSU about 2 put of the last 10x they E played.

We haven't done much better with Mizzou. LSU on rivalry weekend will be easy to get the team and fanbase up for. Mizz hasn't been.

I would love to keep OM or A&M for our third instead of Mizz but we need a rivalry week game that has some of the earmarks of an actual rivalry. Mizz doesn't fit that and OM and A&M already have Miss St and Texas. Mizz has Kansas and OK has Okie St.

It seems like they are giving space for teams to play their real rivals on the last weekend of the year and preserve historic OOC matchups. LSU and Ark are kinda odd men out because who we think of as our biggest rivals have another instate school they play on that weekend. It makes our match up the next best thing.

Anything is better than the pretend shopping cart war. F'n anything. I would rather play StAte in LR than the current garbage.

*None of this is relevant if it's not Ark/LSU for the last game of the year (hopefully on Black Friday).

It was either Arkansas or Oklahoma for LSU and LSU-Arkansas is a much more historical game, so Oklahoma gets stuck with Missouri to close it out......

Mizzou has Kansas and OU has Okie St for rivalry week. This is the best way. Hope they put the AR/LSU game back on Friday as well.
The refs will get suspended for a game or 2 and AU will be told to go frick itself.
F that man! Watching AU whine about refs, lose their BBall coach and then getting rid of the pretend rivalry and restoring a good one has white pilled me.

Sam isn't getting canned until after Miss St anyway. Too much time to sit around being grumpy.
