Two programs that have a state to themselves and fail to succeed while the other 12 SEC programs have to compete with Power 5 in-state programs.

Did we even offer that guy? Grew up 20 minutes from campus. Was actually kinda tough seeing him break down in his moms arms after the game. You could tell he really wanted that one.

We did early on but backed off. He did a ton of unofficial visits but we were after JRP and Tisdale.
Probably a good thing for KJ that Matt Luke is a moron. He'd still be riding the pine.

Ole miss has been to NY6 bowls three different times since 2014….: LSU has only made it one year. No wonder y’all love joe burrow so much. He is the only thing keeping y’all from being Tennessee

Struggle to compete huh? We hold the all time series against Ole Miss, and we also have been to Atlanta 3 times to compete for that SEC Championship.
With being a founding member of the conference, I'm sure Ole Miss has made it to Atlanta multiple times, right?

No in-state talent and no permanent, deep ties into Texas (unlike Blow U).
