Listened to a great take on all this earlier today. essentially this racist gerrymandering has allowed dems to push through awful candidates that otherwise would have no shot at winning an election under free and fair circumstances. Resetting all this bullshite and adding in voter ID forces BOTH parties to run normal likeable candidates... which is why both sides are pushing back on voter ID.
