Well I thought after the last 2 weeks maybe Richardson was turning the corner, but he is definitely not. He is just mentally weak. The crappy defense played better, but mostly because Mizzou's QB played terribly.

Mizzou had a senior RB run for his most yards in a game ever in college. LSU had a RB run for the most years in a game ever vs Florida last year and one of them might break that this week.

We are not very good.

I am going to give Napier some time, but his game management has been sub-par in my opinion, so hopefully that will improve as well. Personally I don't know how you can manage these dummies. They do some stupid arse shite.

Bryce seems to be a pretty key piece to success

With Sark as our OC, Alabama boat races most of the teams on its schedule this year, heading into the postseason.

As we currently stand (with BOB), every week has the potential to be an unnecessary struggle-frick that gets me more irate with every game.

At this point I honestly have no idea about anything with this team, and fully expect we could see either scenario at any time.

Lots of veterans out. Lota of young guys stepping up. Talent is there, but raw. Lots of mistakes. But flashes of potential all over the field.

Except for oline. Oline is bad, and getting worse by the week. No progress. Injuries starting to make that unit even worse than it already was. Which is very disheartening.

Defense is good enough to keep us competitive in any game.

Kicking game improved. Nice being able to count on 3 when you need it.

Special teams and return game is not the wild card brifht spot they were with Ainias. Puts even more pressure on an inexperienced offense, with little to no protection.

It's officilly a depth building season at this point. Disappointing season for sure.

We’re a QB away from being very good.

We could frick around and win 9, or we could just as easily struggle to get 6.

I'll be glad when Mullen's defense is cycled out so I can at least tell what is the current staff and what is four years of being ruined by Grantham.

We suck. We will finish last in the west like the media pollsters said we would for the 40th year.

Our QB is overrated, our defense sux. Lets see , what else, uhmm, our WR are really bad, we just play terrible defenses. We will only win one more game but that 6th win gets us a bowl!

About what I expected.

Special teams are a cluster, defense is good, offense is hit and miss, never consistent.

The team plays hard but isn't very efficient.

Incomplete at this point. Vols will be favored in all but 2 of the their regular season games but that’s more of a function of the other teams than anything the Vols have done. But this team is obviously not ready for more than that. They have to win out to be a playoff team realistically, and if they did tOSU would embarrass them.

It would be fitting if they won the SEC (like baseball and basketball) but have nothing else to show for it(like baseball and basketball). And this year will mean nothing as the Vols lose the O next year, Tillman, Hyatt, Hooker, LG and RT are all gone. The front 7 loses most of the starters this off season. And it will be a couple years til they expect to be good again.

And if they do beat Bama will get an Asterisk in everyone’s mind (including mine) so it will be tarnished. The schedule overall has been favorable (Pitt, Florida, and LSU in a rebuild) to the point of being laughable.

So I really just don’t know. The Vols overall are a good team but they are not yet a special team.

Us too. Well, that and some offensive linemen. And some linebackers. And a receiver or 2 wouldn't hurt. We're on the cusp of greatness. So so close.

2013 and 2019 were anomalies in that LSU struggles with the forward pass

It comes down to the Tennessee game - win that and we should represent the East in Atlanta - after that ? All of our goals are still possible

BOB sucks.

Defense is really good.

Young QBs require more time to develop.

We need Bryce Young.

Bama isn’t very good when they turn the ball over 4 times and miss 2 field goals.
