To me the chemistry sucks. At this point, forget the record and they need to focus on the positives. There is no fire. They should scrap the big goals and refocus on just a win and celebrate the small victories to get that. Sounds corny but they need to reset. ...

As the cost has increased, a lot of products are less quantity per unit so it really is inflation compounded with shrinkage....

Centipede only does good in my flower beds. I don't have the best drainage, so it sucks. I did a few test patches of zyosia that my neighbor had remnants of from a sod job and they are doing quite well. I'll probably move to that. I think its Palisades or Empire (if that's a strand?)....
