Bama fans creating alts so they can continue melting.

I am fine with that because those wins were not flukes. Defense stepped up and won those games. If we can improve offensively the next couple of years we will be downright dangerous. And I think we will considering we are starting three freshman on the line (assuming we can keep them).
Saying the Tennessee win wasn’t a fluke is surely a take

Don’t you worry.
LSU’s offense is here to help that stat get back to the mean.

We've never lost in Neyland, so no, it wasn't.
Speaking of Neyland, good luck going in there next year for the first time in your program's history and coming out with a win.

Skelebles has a knack for winning games, despite his offense not super efficient. That’s the sign of a pretty good coach

You won because of special teams and turnovers. Things that are prime factors in fluke wins.
We lost the turnover margin against Texas and Ole Miss... and lost.
And in those two games... we gave up a punt return for a TD (due to a block in the back)...
And in the Ole Miss game... our guy fumbled after a punt return that would have set us up at mid field for a go ahead late fourth quarter lead...
So turnovers and special teams errors have played a part in OU's two fluke...er... losses this year as well.

Your defense gave up 2x total yardage in some of those games.
Against Bama you had a total of 3 points that weren’t generated off of turnovers and consistently failed to even convert your red zone turnover possessions into TDs.
Your offense wasn’t much better against TN and you allowed almost 400 yards passing to Aguilar who is probably worse than any QB you would conceivably see in a CFP matchup.
If you think you can maintain a 2-3:1 turnover margin consistently in a playoff setting all that I’ll tell you is good luck.

I think they have found a good formula to win games. I dont think its a fraud per se. OU was able to play extremely conservative offense against Alabama because of the pick 6 that the defense created.
I think they have a nice formula of creating opportunities with defense and special teams via field position and turnovers and playing very conservative, ball control offense. This forces the other team to be more aggressive and also open themselves up to more turnovers.
Its a nice formula I think which OU executed extremely well the last few games against 3 very good teams

No doubt. OU won't be outgained this week.

Not when it comes to moral victories!

Texas scored 1 offensive touchdown that game.
When your QB had surgery on his hand days earlier, didn’t get to practice the week leading to the game, and throws 3 interceptions it has a tendency to effect field position…

I’d put money on it at this point. And the guy that created the burner is probably responding on this thread from his real account.
How embarrassing.

OU defense looks really good What happened in the Texas game?
It’s a rivalry game where anything can and does happen. That game aside, OU has been a better team than Texas in 2025.

Lol.
Do you know what a fluke is?
A fluke is needing double overtime to beat Kentucky and MSU…

I think you’re reading the stats wrong.
We have ran the ball less than our opponents in those games. But better.
In three of the four, we had more yards per carry. Only Ole Miss had more yards per car than we did.
Missouri: 3.2 to 2. OU’s favor
Alabama: 2.6 to 2.4 OU’s favor
Tennessee: 4.5 to 1.8 OU’s favor
Ole Miss: 2.8 to 4.9 for Ole Miss
When we choose to run the ball, we’re running it better than our opponents.

Its message board logic...ignore the majority of level headed people and hyperfocus on the overemotional, overinvested few.

Oklahoma is winning with their defense. Just like Tennessee did last year.

Before OU joins SEC: "OU can't compete playing SEC teams every week"
OU goes 10-2 and makes CFP in Year 2 in SEC: "These OU wins against SEC teams are flukes"
I understand us doing this upsets your worldview and identity as an SEC fan but it's going to be okay. OU is a blueblood, our success was inevitable.
