Seriously. If they beat Alabama, is Durkin hired as the next head coach?

His defense has been solid.

LOL… I bet you do!!

You know your team benefits from bad/corrupt officiating when you’re mocking bad/corrupt officiating!!

I don’t see any SEC team getting in with 3 losses unless you’re named Bama or UGA.

UGA could lose to TX and Ga Tech and people will still be trying to get them in.

Bama could lose to OU and Auburn, and the same thing will happen.
It will be close I think.
After all, they both lost to Florida!

I know the SEC bailed out one of their favorite children to keep them in the playoff hunt, but UGA did lose.

Having said that I can’t figure out if the SEC officials want Georgia to win or Texas? If Texas loses, they’re pretty much out of the playoffs. With that in mind will the SEC officials actually let Texas win? More SEC teams in the hunt ya know.

But that might get tricky! If UGA has to play Georgia Tech without SEC officials, it’s really risky to let Georgia have two losses going into that game! Can that defense stop Tech?? Any chance UGA can win that one without some good ole SEC home cooking??

… oh the quandary!!

I don’t see SEC officials letting that happen.
The guy had quit…. Was just taking the money and just cruising through life.

Bob Stoops did the same thing at OU for the last decade or more that he was there.

This!!!

This is the biggest problem by far. The Democrats have allowed an invasion of our country so that the invaders can execute a revolution and vote them into power.
Going to trial and getting a conviction or two different things.

The juries and the DC area have repeatedly shown that they are completely partisan, totally lawless, and have no concern about right or wrong.

The early signing period for high school recruits is December 3rd to 5th. Most top talent will commit then.

With NIL, they need to get rid of the early signing period. It is just unfair to schools who are going through a coaching change. It needs to be pushed back to February.
Why would anyone want to hire this guy? He’s been a failure.

Who is worse hiring OC's Shane or Muschamp? Good grief

Well, Shane was a special teams coach. I'm not sure how he got the head coaching gig in the first place.

We just had a special teams coach fire an offensive line coach. I'm not sure what to think about that.

They're 5-3 and unranked with losses to Baylor, Wake Forest and TCU   :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

I'd fire the AD for even suggesting this!! :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :banghead:

Literally nobody cares about OU or Texas historical stats in the SEC

In addition to OU's record holding 47 game winning streak, we have the following undefeated seasons below (with NO ties)

9 Total seasons. And we weren't even awarded national championships for 5 of them. ( and unlike Bama, nor do we claim them. And unlike Auburn, we're not going to retroactively go back and crown ourselves King either  )

2000
1974
1949
1918
1915
1911
Oklahoma in 54', 55' and 56' ... part of the longest winning streak in the history of college football.

I mean it makes sense to go for a younger coach. I’m just enjoying IU being respectable. I will admit the SEC is much deeper than the BIG and I dunno how anybody can say otherwise.

Why is that? Is it because you're an indoctrinated minion listening to ESPN/ABC/CBS/NBC and they told you what to think? :blah: :blah:

Seriously. The facts and data say the exact opposite. Indiana is playing in the best conference in football and it really isn't even close. Facts are stubborn things, as they say. I'm an OU fan. Not an SEC homer so I'm objective and open minded.

So .... here are the FACTS:

1. Two different B1G teams have won national championships since any SEC team has. And that includes importing the best 2 Big 12 school that ever played in that conference.

2. Next, just look at last years Bowl games. Here's the link:LINK

Summarized it looks like this.

Six games between B1G and SEC
In every one, the SEC team was ranked higher. Every time ( Because ESPN etc... say they're better )

B1G won every game against a top ten ranked SEC school. 100% No exceptions.

Of ALL the games, the only game the SEC won was when #19 ranked Mizzou beat unranked Iowa by 3. So, I guess we go that going for us.

All the "NOISE" says SEC SEC SEC... but the FACTS and results say the complete opposite story.

Here are the games:

Unranked Michigan vs #11 Alabama - MI Wins
#20 Illiniois VS #15 South Carolina - IL Wins
#8 Ohio St vs #5 Texas - Ohio St Wins
#19 Mizzou vs unranked Iowa - MIzzou Wins

Then there's this game:
#7 Notre Dame VS #2 UGA - ND Wins

You sould be proud of Indiana. They're as good as any team in the SEC and if recent history means anything, they'd probably beat any team in the SEC. As Saban says, " The best predictor of the future is the past! " The past couple of years says B1G has separated themselves from the rest of college football.

We have decades of ongoing sellouts.
But to be fair, even Sooner fans find it difficult to get up for games against teams like Georgia State, Furman, Mercer and Ole' Miss.

Let the rivalry beging with trashtalking. :nana: :nana: :nana:
