This is kinda funny after the State fans reaction of beating Tennessee this weekend. Tennessee win for yall is great, but when UF beat an undefeated RANKED Tennessee team on the road, that doesn't matter, right?

Same Tennessee team, the road vs. home makes a difference; however, the rest does not. If anything they were more hungry for the win.

You speak of State fans as if we have a hive mind. First of all, because Auburn has crapped the bed this season, Tennessee is probably the best team we've played yet. Beating Tennessee proves we're pretty decent. I don't think State deserves to be #12 in the BCS, but I won't complain about it. Likewise, I don't see how you can justify Florida being #2 in the BCS. I don't expect you to complain. I expect you to admit they are overrated.

You have to remember the majority of the media went to a journalism school with a shitty football team like Northwestern or Mizzou, so its really them pretending their beloved school is good while using that to drag down another conference.

No problem with Florida being #2, and if they beat South Carolina could make an argument for being #1. They are not a cute team with a gimmick system (Oregon) or throw the ball 84 times a game (WVU) that media people love. They are “ugly”: D and ground game, but they win.

It is what it is. Is Florida over-rated? Perhaps, but we shall see over the next couple of weeks. If the Gators beat USCe this weekend, and UGA next weekend, are they still over-rated? Right now, I have no expectations. I'm just enjoying this surprising season.

I don't know if Florida is a #2 or not- this will be sorted out in the next few weeks. Right now, nobody has a better resume- not even Alabama. But be that as it may, to use the argument that we are not #2 based on that our OOCS is BG, LaLafayette, and Jacksonville ST (two of those games we have not even played yet), when we also have F$U, and one of the worse SEC schedules is really something. Honestly, I think he is trying to help us disrespecting us, because his argument is extremely asinine.
And MSU fans, STFU. You really have not played anyone really good. Nobody. We beat LSU, and TAMU, both ranked teams, so until you beat someone ranked stop talking about FL.

My response to this statement is always this...please tell me who should be higher and back that up with information about their schedule.
It does not even matter. If we keep winning we'll be in the right place eventually. If we lose the same will apply.
UF has the best SOS of the top 10 teams and yet is still number 2.

UF may be ranked higher than I would put them but they haven't proved anything that says they shouldn't be. What's a joke is people investing so much stock into BCS standings at this point in the season
