The big one that comes to mind is 2001 Tennessee vs. Florida. Tennessee at the Swamp, 18 point underdog versus number 2 Florida. The Vols won.
Any others that were over 14 point favorites that lost?

I don't know what the line was but one of my favorites was LSU over UT 31-20 in the SEC championship game after losing 26-18 in the regular season at UT.

UT was winning in the half time too. at the time I thought 30 more minutes and on to the NC game!
