Kiffin actively worked to get Chambliss to transfer to LSU. Why did he waste that time if he really believed Chambliss was out of eligibility?

What's weird is Lane was 100% for the injunction before Trinidad turned down LSU and decided to stay at OM.
ETA: Trinidad actually hire Tom Mars to seek the extra year because Lane recommended Mars...
