Louisiana is the worst in terms of material quality of life, but it has the most culture and joie de vivre. Alabama is the best in terms of material quality of life, but it has the worst, most depressing culture and lifestyle. Mississippi is just a landmass of no account whatsoever.

LinkedIn is so, so bad. Every time I make the mistake of going on there I am just astounded by how dumb people really are. I think if I had to choose I would rather associate with the average street criminal than the average LinkedIn poster.
In the worldview where Crimea is Ukraine and Crimeans are Ukrainians, is Ukraine not intentionally displacing and immiserating its own people here? Cynical, even nihilistic strategy imo. We will see how it works out for them.
