Eventually they'll get sick of this war.

The West will get sick of it first.

Can Russia make Ukranians believe that they're really just western Russians?

They are.

Archie Manning, the greatest quarterback in the history of Ole Miss, led the Rebels into Baton Rouge and got beat 61 to 17 by the LSU Fighting Tigers in front of 67,590 fans.
Oh I get what you're saying. Well yeah it does contradict the Rybar map. That is the whole point of it. What's wrong with that? Did I ever say I believed the Rybar map represented the unassailable truth? No of course not nor have I ever. I'd probably believe AMK over Rybar. You can believe whatever you want. We're all just guys sitting at a computer. I am sharing information I find that I think is interesting. I don't have any special insight into any of this shite.
I miss $3.00 gas and nice tweets.

Why do you insist on your map fetish? It's pointless to show maps at the small city and surrounding area scale. The front lines are nothing like lines. They are lightly controlled areas with soldiers hiding for their lives from drones. The Russians kill off some of their soldiers for flag planting operations to make the map obsessed like yourself happy. It signifies nothing. If you want to actually understand this conflict then the maps are currently the last place that is of any worth. It's been that way for a long while. Could that change, yeah, but I'll be surprised if it is any time this year.

Couldn't disagree more. Maps are the only way to understand this conflict. I think maybe you don't like them because of the reality they convey.

Doesn't this map contradict what you posted 5 days ago?

Did you link the wrong post? That is a totally different section of the front.

In December of 2025, you posted other micro-scale maps of this same area, and it doesn't look like Russia has moved much at all.

This one has actually moved a lot. Look at Rai Oleksandrivka for reference.

Edit - here is the map of this direction from January for reference.

I'm an American. I live in Illinois. Never been outside the country. And I created my account in February 2020, not 2022. But by all means, continue to believe I am Russian. :rotflmao:
The area where this is going on is in and to the north/northwest of Lyman. Russia continues to advance in the south/southeast portion of the salient. I believe that Ukraine is attempting a large maneuver in the Lyman direction to slow the Russian advance in the southern part of the salient to take pressure off of sloviansk and Kramatorsk.

Probably. I view it as sort of a desperation, German army in the battle of the bulge type of maneuver. But, maybe it will work. We will see.
I’ve never heard of Hudson mapping either but I have seen some stuff to the effect that the Ukrops are making a big push in the Lyman direction and that whole salient to the northeast of sloviansk. Seems there is probably something to it. It has been very secretive what’s going on there. Very interesting to see what is there when the fog of war clears. May explain why Russia seems to be gaining ground in other sections of the front also.

The wackiest thing about that was how TA bowed up first and then got out on the ground :rotflmao: that is what really started the white sox downward spiral IMO

doesn't illinois have some of the highest property taxes

I pay like $12k+ a year in property taxes alone and that’s not even considered that bad around here. It fricking sucks.
Could be wrong but I don't think Russia has ever gotten even close to inside of Orikhiv. True enough that Ukraine could successfully counterattack, but something has changed if Russia is even able to probe inside Orikhiv.
I live in Illinois, so understand when I say this that I know a thing or two about paying ridiculous taxes: That is fricking insane.

My daddy has been taking Memantine twice a day for years. He's 87 and it's definitely slowed the process of mental decline/dementia.

I read this as Methamphetamine at first :rotflmao:
