All College Gymnasts are grown women, now if he said that about HS Gymnasts, then it's predatory
It is a creepy comment for a Pro Announcer to say on air
Honestly a lot of men do think it when they see college Gymnasts, "I wonder could she do that same manuver on my package", but they say it in private from their recliner

It's predatory in the sense that the women did not ask for the commentator to say that about them for the world to hear. They have no choice over who is commenting about them or what they are saying. It's one thing for randos on a forum to say it - it's another thing for a commentator paid by your athletic conference.
