1. If you want to call cloud-seeding “weather modification”, that’s up to you. All it does is make it rain slightly more. This is easily researched.
2. As a pilot I’m also an amateur meteorologist and you can’t begin to grasp the enormous powers involved in creating the weather. Trump has mentioned dropping a nuke on hurricanes and even that wouldn’t do anything.
3. They wouldn’t. They couldn’t. It’s just dumb. In 2010 a public campground in Arkansas flooded and killed over a dozen people. These things happen.

No one is arguing cloud seeding doesn’t exist. But cloud seeding is not the same as chemtrails.
Cloud seeding is spraying (usually) silver iodide into already existing clouds to enhance rainfall. Texas has used it for years and they estimate that it increases annual rainfall by……less than two inches.
They don’t spray it to create clouds. It doesn’t work like that. It requires a cloud already be formed and gives particulates a larger surface to adhere to, giving it a better chance to form crystals large enough to fall to earth, melting on entering warmer air and falling as rain.
This will all go over your head as you have no idea how even rain works.

Well I can fricking help here. I worked at an airport for eight years, five of them fueling planes. I’m also a licensed pilot.
