Unquestionably.
It would be akin to calling for the banning of Burns' The Civil War because there are Confederate Battle Flags in it.
Oh, wait... there are some retards out there calling for its ban.

Not excusing her guilty arse one iota, but that dumbass should have just kept on walking. There's no reason to engage with these people - especially one that is openly brandishing a weapon.

People are soft and TPTB need them scared about global warming for control purposes (and to counteract all the positive social media about the US and the World Cup, which invariably talks about AC).

They don't really hate to govern.
No. They hate it. They have hated it since Newt dragged them kicking and screaming to the majority in 1994.
They want to go back to the minority. It was easy. No one expects results. They can whine and bitch and fundraise complaining about what the mean old Dems are doing. They can go be feted on the Sunday talk shows because the media knew they were harmless. They could go to the tony DC cocktail parties because they were controlled opposition.
They want to be the Washington Generals.
The court ruled having such laws does not violate Title IX or the Constitution.
The next question (presently unanswered) is whether laws allowing mentally ill men compete against biological females violate Title IX or the Constitution.

They are masters of the long game.
Had the foresight to infest government and higher education with communists in the 30s-50s. Those help craft (and sometimes retard) policy and educated/trained those professionals (law professors, lawyers, professors, teachers) for the next phase that would come in the 70s and 80s.
Dems fundamentally (and permanently) changed the demographics of the nation with the 1965 Immigration Act. The doors were thrown open to the Third World with zero requirement for assimilation and boy had that worked out.
Those lawyers, professors and teachers coming out of college in the late 60s/early 70s then helps to drive the social wars - abortion, attacks on institutionalization, attacks on the death penalty, gay marriage, political correctness, etc. The law professors would help generate the next wave (many of whom are now on the federal bench thanks to Clinton, Obama and Biden).
Department of Education handed the "education" of public school students to leftist teachers unions starting in 1979. The USA was one of the highest ranked countries in terms of academic performance in math, science, etc. at the time. Not so much now.
And now...we're to the endgame.
Secure borders are solely a function of who is President and even that has become subject to the whim of traitors in black robes (all put there by Dems).
Open communists are now winning Democrat primaries and will almost certainly win their general elections. They will also gladly take the reins of government from the GOP, who fricking hates to govern and lives to be in the minority.
Kudos Dems. I hate every bit of it, but credit where credit is due.

Most animals.do. They consider it threatening. Primates particularly.
From Google AI: Pointing your finger at a monkey or ape can be risky. In the wild or at a zoo, primates often perceive pointing as aggressive, threatening, or similar to a staring contest. It can easily agitate the animal, cause them to become defensive, or provoke them into charging against their enclosure.

bullshite.
They can "fathom" it because they know that is how it is supposed to work. They are just not so pollyannish as to believe that after over 30 years of completely shirking its responsibilities that Congress is finally going to address issues in a manner that benefits the citizens of this country.
