Not anymore

The supreme courts opinion of gerrymandering is:

You can gerrymander all you want... except by race... unless it's to help blacks, then you're actually required to do it.

I'm not even kidding that's basically where things stand

For now. That's likely going to change as soon as Roberts pulls his head out of his arse and tell the dissent to put up or shut up.

Tell me again how it’s all about helping injured people fight the big bad insurance company.

Anyone who believes this is retarded
A few things...

a) There is the matter if the court challenge. Remember, VA Supreme Court permitted the vote, but did not determine whether the measure was legal. I don't hold out a lot of hope for this, but it is still out there.

b) These Dems don't seem to remember Bacon's Rebellion.

Does she get to keep it if she resigns?

Yep. People were bitching about Swalwell getting to keep it by resigning.
He looks even more retarded since theres no actual proof of this

Wants to keep that pension and medical insurance.

She loses that if she is expelled.

Pure birthright citizenship is an awful idea. Which is probably why almost no countries do it.

US didn't do it either, but this SCOTUS isn't about to unring that bell.
Oh... they dumb

Same dumb frickers who put the CIA spook in the governor’s office will be voting for this to "get Trump"
When the Dems take Congress in the mid-terms the blame should fall squarely in the shoulders of the Washington Generals (i.e., Congressional GOP).
Really?

The internet is inundated with countless examples of this already. She wants them to be worse?
Anyone who does not watch the series Chernobyl is doing themselves a disservice.

Maybe God will destroy this festival with fire and brimstone

That would certainly be an attention getter.
Of course...

The ultimate re-writing of history. This is the same idiocy that embraces the 1619 Project taken to its logical conclusion.
So much ignorance, so little time.

- the Constitution us the organizational document for the national government. Plenty or references to God/The Creator in the Declaration of Independence and state constitutions of the period.

- 1st Amendment prohibited a national religion. State and local governments collected taxes to support churches until the 1830s.

- Jefferson and Madison were against state interference with religion, not necessarily vice versa.

- treaty was with Muslims and that statement was in there for appearances. Even if the official position of the government at the time, subsequent actions have negated its effect ( see, Treaty of Tripoli & the confusion surrounding it explained in four poi – AmericanMinute.com-William J.
