Derrick Henry's combine stats compared to the Super Bowl 50 MVP, Von Miller combine stats.

He would be better as a OLB. He should think about switching position.

Except Von Miller plays a position of priority and Derrick Henry plays a position of devaluation.

If Derrick Henry played DE right now and won the Heisman with those measurables he'd be a bonafide #1 pick overall, but he doesn't.

I know he is.

Bookmarked for combine. I bet you he doesn't run anything under a 4.4. Check that I'll even throw it your way. I bet he doesn't run anything under a 4.5

That's what they said about him coming out of high school, too. In fact, teams negatively recruited against Bama - saying we would swap him to LB, since we had 3 other highly ranked RBs coming in with him. Worked out well for Derrick playing RB.

Pre snap motion and alignment doesn't contradict their base. In the MSU photo, LBs are closer to the LOS and their ends are on the ground. If you remember that play the LBs got sucked into the LOS and nobody touched Henry. Similar play in the Clemson game.

1.61 10 yard split for Derrick Henry, same as Ameer Abdullah last year(at 205) and .02 faster than Melvin Gordon(at 215)

You will seriously argue anything. State was in their base defense and didn't attack the LOS, not to mention Henry ran left on that play, through 2 guys then stiff armed a guy for 15 yards down the sideline before speeding away from him and scoring. This run (and most of his long runs) were nothing like the Clemson run.

Nothing will top Brandon Jacobs running a 4.56 at 267 pounds on the RB freak-scale.

Henry is 6'3" 247 with freaking baby hands.

8 7/8" hands. That explains the fumbles I guess. Dude is a monster yet he has some of the smallest hands at the combine

Career Fumble Rate
2.2% of touches - Alex Collins
1.6% of touches - TJ Yeldon
1.5% of touches - Nick Chubb
1.2% of touches - Peyton Barber
1.1% of touches - Jalen Hurd
0.8% of touches - Derek Henry
0.8% of touches - Ralph Webb
0.6% of touches - Ezekial Elliott
0.4% of touches - Leonard Fournette

Seems pretty normal to me.
