Interesting that there is NOTHING else for these shows to talk about.

Spoiler: Ole Miss 97% acceptance rate.

And this is after they were forced to require ACT scores.

You seriously thought you were posting something new with this?

It’s been discussed so much at this point on the board that anyone who is literate knows Ole Miss and every university in the state of Mississippi have the same entrance requirements. We just don’t have as many dumbasses apply as the others

With a 97% acceptance rate, I’m more curious about the 3% that don't get in.

Those are the people that I want to stare at.

Yeah...

I'm going to need you to go ahead and cite your sources for this claim.

If every university in the state has the same entrance requirements and the others have lower acceptance rates, what does that tell you?

You can transfer into many elite universities if you get your associates degree from a Community College. One of the fallacies of acceptance rates is it only includes Freshmen.

Henry is trying to say that smarter people apply to Ole Miss than State. What he doesn’t understand is that doesn’t impress us.

If you are an OU grad, stay away from talking trash when it comes to academics to any UT grad lol

Tells me that despite the requirements, they are more discerning when accepting.

When everything is equal, having a higher acceptance rate than others isn't a good thing like you think it is.

Just because someone meets the criteria doesn't mean you have to accept/hire them.

After UT Austin (30), Ole Miss shares 2nd place with Vanderbilt for most Rhodes Scholars (27). Maybe an Ole Miss education can bootstrap anybody into a world class education.

This is not right it all. It’s 100%. Jerrell Powe left there and couldn’t read.

I never said anything about Rhodes scholars. And what does it matter that we named our stadium dkr? He didn’t graduate from ut those has absolutely nothing to do with academics at ut.
