I’ve always wondered how the NFLPA and other pro unions don’t argue the salary caps for teams that are located in CA or NY or other high tax states and cities needs to be higher.
The players in TX or TN get more of their money.
The players in CA get penalized.
So in essence the salary cap is NOT EQUAL amongst the teams.
$100m contract in CA is not close to the same value as one in TX

We all know that coaching is just one big fraternity. Once you are in the club, you just get recycled and passed around from job to job- the members take care of one another- unless you do something to embarrass other coaches or shite on one out the door.
With Ole Mrs. getting turned in for “tampering” this tells me that there really is no professional respect for Golding. No one is concerned about burning a bridge with him for future employment because they don’t think that he will be a long term fixture on the HC front.
So in this case, Coach’s aren’t afraid of turning him in and torching him.
