If Enos knew it would ignite an arse chewing from the little tyrant, he did the right thing. He doesn’t have to listen to that crap.
Let’s not forget that none of his staff from Michigan State elected to follow him to LSU although they were asked. It was noted at the time it was because of Saban’s demanding nature.
You can hold people accountable without being an a-hole.
There are tons of folks who will crawl to Tuscaloosa to coach for Saban. He’s still a dickhead.

Key is also co-offensive Cord with his former team mate and was maxed out at UA as OL coach. Enos saw the writing on the wall. Saban had plenty of time to tell him if he was gonna get the call as OC and didn't so he grabbed his chance. Understanding he would not likely get the job @ UA. I also kinda doubt he ran away like a coward without leaving the right way. These coaches are a tight knit group and call every body you've worked for before they hire and Enos is too smart to ruin his rep like that. It's not fair to him to start a BS rumor like that on a guy who Saban praised repeatedly.

Bobby Williams was given the HC job and every single one of them got to keep their jobs or get promoted without having to move to Baton Rouge.

I agree. I work my arse off and I want and should be held accountable, but I don’t blame these grown arse men for not taking his shite. If he’s anything like he’s portrayed frick him. I’d rather work at Eastern Michigan than be disrespected and treated like a 12 year old. Life’s too short to be miserable.

Look, I’m an LSU fan, but Saban don’t care if he’s losing coaches left and right. Let’s keep in mind that when he came to LSU, not one of his staff members from MIchigan St. joined him. Not a one!
The result? 4 years later we were National Champs.

Good lord. I know Saban is a tough boss, but that’s just disrespectful. Why would you just ghost a program that is without a doubt going to make another natty run for a program that may not win the ACC?
