He had to scratch that NFL itch, so he would have left eventually. I'm grateful for everything Nick Saban did for LSU. He show our administration that if LSU was going to win big, they had to be invested in the program....

The term "student athlete" went out the door when NIL showed up on campuses across America. We criticize NFL players because they are paid. College athletes are now paid, so there's no difference theoretically compared to professional athletes, IMHO.
