Dictatorship or not, EL Salvador is thriving and its citizens are quite happy these days. Gangs virtually eliminated meaning the streets are safe again, Bitcoin is bringing wealth to the citizens, and people are working. He doesn't want anything to do with the US, Russia, or China for obvious reas...
