CWS final, first time yall root for Texas?

Given techs buying their team this might be the first time in a while Texas isn’t viewed as the villain
Stole this quote from another message board but I think it’s true
“This may be the first time in history that every one else cheers for Texas. Tech coach himself said every one but Tech fans think they are the villains with the way they went out and bought this team. They only have 1 player who was on the team 2 years ago and 8 new starters. 15 of the 23 players are transfers.”
What say you Rant, someone has to win who are you rooting to win the WCWS?

the funny thing to me is that Texas Tech's softball spend has effectively neutered Oklahoma's premier sport. Without them, Canady is a Sooner and OU is going for 6 in a row.

Took me a second to realize you were talking about softball and not just on drugs.
For women's sports, I always just root for whoever's more attractive. In softball that changes every at bat based on pitcher vs batter. I even rooted for LSU once for about 5 innings straight until our uggos finally drove the hotty they had on the mound out of the game.

Hell no. I Iove being the villain. Being hated by everyone is one of the few things left I enjoy about college sports.

I didn't think anyone could overtake bama in the "we're the best at everything and everyone should bow down to how supremely great we are and if they don't there's something wrong with them" department, but damn if texas didn't do it and do it quick too.

frick Texas and frick Schloss. It will be a cold day in hell before I root for Texas in anything. I root for a natural disaster in Austin.
