AU playing a West schedule and UGA playing a East schedule the last 15 years, who do you think is in better shape come November?
Gus has lost 5 in a row vs the East.

In addition to your current 5 game losing streak vs. the East, Auburn also had a bye before Georgia and was at home.

The West isn’t the reason a team in the East owns you.

Is that when you’ll break the five game losing streak vs. the East? Kentucky isn’t a powerhouse but Stoops is a good coach. I think yall have a shot to break through against the East.

UGA finally plays more than one team with a heartbeat for Sept and October. SC doesn't really count.

Some curse has been over us in Athens since 05. No way that 09, or 16 should have happened. Auburn was clearly better but credit to UGA especially under Richt, they made a point to beat Auburn.

Hell, even 2014 was a weird game. Idk just a hex

Pretty sure after 2013 you aren't allowed to say this.

Everyone talks about how tough it is to play Auburn at Jordan-Hare, which is 100% true, but Auburn struggles mightily against Georgia in Athens. Especially after the 1st quarter

Over the last 4 games played in Athens,

Points scored by Auburn in the last 4 games
1st Quarter: 28
2nd, 3rd, and 4th Quarters: 3

Points scored by Georgia in the last 4 games
1st Quarter: 24
2nd, 3rd, and 4th Quarters: 95

So Georgia has outscored Auburn 95-3 after the 1st quarter in Athens since 2011.

Now go before that. Auburn has struggled against UGA in every aspect since 2011 or so. Before that, the stats and games were always very close and at one time, neither team could win at home for a while

If you started watching football 10 years ago, your outlook is probably right. If you an old fart like me, the series looks differently.

We didn't need this thread to let us know Gus sucks at in game adjustments. Once his scripted plays are over, Auburn is either going scoreless or kicking field goals. Hopefully this will be his last year.

That's the kicker right there.

And yet, as awful as we were offensively in 2015-16, our offense outscored yours 20-19 combined in both games.

You won in ‘15 on a punt return and in ‘16 on a pick six.

Gus is terrible on the road anywhere. Athens and Baton Rouge are his nightmares.

In four years, after going 0-4 against Georgia, will y'all be whining about moving the game to September?

He usually does just enough to keep his job year after year

I think he’s gonna have to get Richt’d and fired after just an average year because he’s never going to coach a truly bad team, just not a great one either.

No, because there wasn't a issue with our October schedule like there was in November. But you knew that.

Mutts and War Buzzards,

I think most of y'all are pretty cool. I don't ever want to pick a side. Don't make me choose.
