Ban bet?
You’ll get called names, some creative, some not, but not a single person that actually bets on Trump winning 330 EVs Weird how that always goes down the exact same way. ...

re: Why do Midwestern states swing so wildly between elections? - ValDawgsta
The more I think about it the more I think it has to do with the presence of two groups in a state. White evangelical population and black population. Those are two groups who were less likely than average to switch parties from 08 to 2016. Since the south has more of both groups than the Midwest...

re: Why do Midwestern states swing so wildly between elections? - ValDawgsta
Plenty of states swing that much, it’s just they are already a deep red or blue shade, so it doesn’t change the result.
Fair point. I did cherry pick the ones that get discussed a lot. So maybe my question should be: why did NC, FL, and GA swing so little during those elections?...

re: Why do Midwestern states swing so wildly between elections? - ValDawgsta
So do you mean in those states the urban/rural voting divide isn’t as extreme as it is in other places? If that’s the case I guess it would make sense that the total could swing a lot more than other places ...

Why do Midwestern states swing so wildly between elections? - ValDawgsta
In comparison with the south, states like Ohio, Indiana, and Iowa vary extreme amounts year to year at least in recent elections. Here’s Iowa results from 08 to 16 08 Democrats win by over 9 12 Democrats win by over 5 16 Republicans win by over 9 Ohio 08 Democrats win by over 4 12 Democra...

re: What ever happened to the “prog filth” poster? - ValDawgsta
It’s hard to keep up with all the “PROGFILTH!!!” on this board when you get labeled that way if you say something like “I’m not thrilled with the size of our national debt” or “I think the election will be very close”...

re: The Amish vote: should djt campaign spend money to get these folks to the polls? - ValDawgsta
Gotta say the confederate flag on the Amish wagon is disappointing. Those people don’t seem like the cuck type and considering they’re in a state that lost many thousands of young men fighting the confederacy this is Steve King of Iowa flying the confederate flag in his office level cuckoldry....

re: The Amish vote: should djt campaign spend money to get these folks to the polls? - ValDawgsta
It’s a good point. Wiki says there’s 81K Amish in Pennsylvania. I think the election comes down to a very tight race there so efforts to mobilize them seems smart....

re: Florida Polling: Trump +4 in Rasmussen, Biden +2 in St. Pete Times - ValDawgsta
Trump is going to get to at least 48% in Arizona. That's a lot of ground for an all-time bad candidate like Joe Biden to make up in just 4 years.
I tend to agree that Trump wins a close race in AZ. I’m more curious why the polling of western states didn’t have the pro Hillary ske...

re: Florida Polling: Trump +4 in Rasmussen, Biden +2 in St. Pete Times - ValDawgsta
Florida is Trump's best swing state relative to 2016
Definitely. Obviously he looks good in Iowa and Ohio too, but those ultimately weren’t even close in 2016. Interested in your thoughts on a weird thing I noticed looking at the 2016 real clear politics numbers that seemed stra...
