My point has already been proven with a strong 5 year comparison. Your excuse doesn’t work for 2015-19.

Does it work for 2010-14 or 2006-2009? Prove it. Remember, the burden is on you, and So far you have produced nothing.

Afraid to post those 10 year states? Do twelve years and see if it matches the 9-3 record I talked about. Like I said Crickets.

Look in the mirror. The guy who has yet to post any stats shouldn’t be the one accusing others of having a fear of stats.

We now know auburn can’t use that excuse for the past 5 seasons because we have the facts proving it. I posted them.

You started it with your selective stats. I just wanted to see some that matched our discussion. I didn’t even know where you got your info, I just knew it was selective. My guess is you already have the answer and fear posting it.

I know you won’t respond to these numbers but it really is staggering how terrible auburn does against the East in comparison to the West.

Since 2002 here are the numbers:

Auburn vs. SEC East 26-21
Auburn vs. SEC West 62-38

For those tracking this, his argument is that the west is so hard that it causes Auburn to lose games to Georgia, even though auburn wins at a far higher rate for their west games than their East games in recent history.

I said the West is a gauntlet and he countered with his 5 year stat. I asked for the same stat for the 12 years that was being discussed as to why UGA has an advantage in November. He refuses to post it. I wonder why ?

You don't like it because the facts of the past 5 years negates much of your argument, and you seem powerless to do anything about it.

You have been reduced to hoping 2010-14 is enough to overcome what I have already proven.

12 YEARS was the discussion. Something tells me you have it and it doesn't fit your narrow narrative. Crickets, crickets.

Snapshots of the time period can tell us a lot about the period.

We already know the most recent 5 years does not support your excuse. This means we can eliminate 2015-2019 from the analysis.

Y'all beat UGA in 2010 and 2013, so those are 2 more years that do not support your excuse.

That leaves 2011, 2012, and 2014:

We know y'all were terrible in 2012 , so that year is out.
AU had an off week before UGA in 2011, so that year is out.

So that leaves 2014, right? The exact year you used to support your whole excuse.

Congrats, maybe the tough west of 2014 enabled UGA to destroy AU in 2014, but that didn't play a role in any of the other years.

They probably all beat each other up. That great 2014 Dan Mullen Miss State team lost to Georgia Tech (middling ACC opponent).

The only ranked SEC teams they played before UGA in 2014 were #17 Ole Miss and #11 Miss State. What a gauntlet.

More selective information. Just post the 12 year stats, we know you have them.

From 10-19, we had already eliminated every year but 2014, and so far 2014 doesn't look daunting, so we might as well drop that one too. Thats a solid 0/10. ZERO years that support your excuse.

So now you want to go back to 2006-2009? Holy shite. Just throw in the towel.

Edit: UGA fans aren't familiar with what's happening in this pic - read his hat.

His hat has National Champions written on it.

UGA-2 NC
AU-2 NC

We are every bit as familiar with it as Auburn fans are.

Lets go ahead and eliminate 2006, 2008, and 2009 considering UGA played an elite UF 2 weeks before each game, so now we are down to 2007?

Thats just 1 game left. Who did AU play before UGA? 0-8 Ole Miss and Tenn Tech.

Damn.

From 06-19, there is not one season that supports your weak arse excuse.

Just damn.

sEE ABOVE. One game is not a gauntlet especially when you only play two decent teams a year (like Clemson).

Nothing in your link above supports your claim that an incredibly tough west slate before the UGA game is why AU is owned by UGA.

Here are the national ranks from 06-19:

7 LSU
12 UF

30 Mizzou
33 Aggies

38 SC
49 MSU

59 Vols
71 Ark

76 UK
79 OM
100 Vandy
