Everyone talks about how tough it is to play Auburn at Jordan-Hare, which is 100% true, but Auburn struggles mightily against Georgia in Athens. Especially after the 1st quarter
Over the last 4 games played in Athens,
Points scored by Auburn in the last 4 games
1st Quarter: 28
2nd, 3rd, and 4th Quarters: 3
Points scored by Georgia in the last 4 games
1st Quarter: 24
2nd, 3rd, and 4th Quarters: 95
So Georgia has outscored Auburn 95-3 after the 1st quarter in Athens since 2011.

Weird time to fire this one up in the early offseason, but I'll allow it.

You can already put this one in the W column.

Our offense has been putrid in Athens. Some of that has to do with your defensive coaches (Pruitt, Kirby etc.)
Some of it has to do with our retard HC getting rattled and the offense going to shite.

i think this stat perfectly illustrates why auburn folks are frustrated with gus.

All in November.
And December isn’t good for Gus vs UGA either.

That one time we played you in December didn't go the way I'd have wanted.

What a bizarre cherry picked stat

Those stats are even more extreme when you throw in the game in Atlanta where Auburn also failed to score after the first quarter.
So after the first quarter, in games vs. UGA in Georgia, Auburn has been outscored 123-3.

Admittedly it is cherry picked, but it is pretty wild that the last 5 meetings between us in Georgia have all been the same. Auburn scores early then can’t score again and gets blown out.

How do? It shows that after the 1st Quarter, Auburn plays awful in Athens.

What's really strange about the series is that Auburn played us much better when they played Bama immediately after. (no off week or cupcake)

AU playing a West schedule and UGA playing a East schedule the last 15 years, who do you think is in better shape come November? Gus is 12-16 the last 4 games of the season (not including 1AA).
