Have to laugh about the criteria used.

So many people moving to Texas and the sunbelt.

Couldn’t be the states with net migration losses, could it?

Much lower cost of living compared to CA and the PNW. Lower taxes, lower unemployment, lower crime (gee imagine that, Idaho having lower crime, I wonder why...).
